Income Replacement Insurance -  is used to replace your income when you are unable to work due to an injury or illness.  'Accident insurance'  is a 'flat rate' (aggregate) amount based on the injury. Two different plans with different benefits and payouts !

Income Replacement policies are defined as....
"There are no limitations on the number of claims an insured may have" . 

There ARE NO aggregate limits*.

* The amount of benefit received by an insured over the lifetime of the contract is determined only by the benefit amount per claim. In the event of a catastrophic claim for permanent and total disability, the amount of benefit is equal to the benefit purchased multiplied by the number of months or years to the insured's age of 70. Depending on age, some plans are valued at $1 million or more.
